How to Request a Return

If you believe you need to return an order, contact USA Excavators before sending the equipment back.

Please provide your order information and explain the reason for your return request. We will review the request and provide the appropriate next steps.

Return Conditions

Because excavators and construction equipment are large, specialized products, returns may be subject to specific conditions.

• The return must be approved by USA Excavators before shipment.
• The equipment should be returned in the condition required by the approved return arrangement.
• The customer may be responsible for return transportation costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Equipment that has been substantially used, modified, damaged, or altered may not qualify for a return.
• Any included accessories, attachments, documents, or components should be returned when required.

Damaged or Incorrect Equipment

If your equipment arrives damaged or you believe you received an incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide photographs of the equipment, packaging, shipping labels, and any visible damage or discrepancies. This information helps us investigate the issue and determine the appropriate solution.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, shipped, or otherwise committed for fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Contact our team before making a cancellation request so we can determine whether the order can still be cancelled.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, the refund will generally be issued using the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment processor's procedures.

The time required for a refund to appear in your account can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Due to the size and weight of construction equipment, return transportation can require specialized freight arrangements.

Do not arrange or ship a return without receiving instructions from USA Excavators. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Items That May Not Qualify for Return

Certain equipment or orders may not qualify for return, including products that have been substantially used, modified, damaged after delivery, or otherwise made unsuitable for resale.

Return eligibility will be determined based on the condition of the equipment and the circumstances of the order.
